hereinafter called the Contractor,
AND Mark W. Routch and Nancy E. Routch Husband and Wife
hereinafter called the Owner.
WITNESSETH THAT:
The Contractor by Instrument dated December , 1993
entered into an Agreement with the Ownerfor the erection and construction of a sing le fami ly dwell ing
,sltuatedon 17 North Pin Oak Drive, Boiling Springs, PA
AND WHEREAS, the Contractor has covenanted and agreed therein to enter into an additional agreement
with the Owner stipulating that no lien or liens of any kind shall be flied against the above building or the
appurtenances thereto.
NOW, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH. that the Contractor. for and In consideration of the awarding to him
01 the said contract as for the sum 01 ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) to him In hand paid by the Owner, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, promises and agrees that no Mechanic's Lien or liens shall be filed against
the aforesaid building or the appurtenances thereto by any subcontractor, subcontractors, materialmen,
mechanics, laborers or anyone for materials furnished, work done or services rendered 01 any kind
whatsoever, for or about, or on account of the aforesaid building or on the creditthereol.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.

EXHIBIT "A"
ALL ~BA~ CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in the Township
of South Middleton, County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows to
wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern legal right-of-way line of
North Pin Oak Drive at the dividing line between Lot Nos. 33 and
32 as shown on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence along
said dividing line between Lot Nos. 33 and 32, North 30 degrees
33 minutes 42 seconds East, a distance of 215.99 feet to a point
at lands of other sometimes known as Lindsey Acres; thence along
said latter land, South 86 degrees 46 minutes 25 seconds East, a
distance of 145.13 feet to a point at a corner common to Lot Nos.
33, 36 and 37 as shown on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots;
thence along the dividing line between Lot Nos 33 and 36 as shown
on the said Plan, South 37 degrees 36 minutes 31 seconds West, a
distance of 113.49 feet to a point at a corner common to Lot Nos.
33, 34 and 36; thence along the dividing line between Lot Nos. 33
and 34 as shown on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots, South
30 degrees 33 minutes 42 seconds West, a distance of 170 feet to
a point on the northern legal right-of-way of North pin Oak Drive;
thence along said northern legal right-of-way line of North Pin
Oak Drive, North 59 degrees 26 minutes 18 seconds West, a distance
of 115 feet to a point on the same at the dividing line between
Lot Nos. 33 and 32 as shown on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of
Lots, the place of BEGINNING,
BEING Lot No. 33 as shown on a certain subdivision Plan of Lots
entitled "Final Plan of Phase Four for The Oaks" as recorded in
Cumberland County Plan Book 66, Page 65.
ONDER AND SOBJEC~, NEVERTHELESS, to restrictions, easements, and
conditions of prior record.
BEING the same premises which Max E. Stoner and Lawrence C.
Zimmerman, t/d/b/a Stoner & Zimmerman Enterprises, by Deed dated
February 1, 1994 and recorded in Cumberland County Deed Book 101,
page 149, granted and conveyed unto Mark W. Routch and Nancy E.
Routch, his wife, the within Borrowers.
