7. On or about June 7, 1990, the Plaint if f, Tammy S.
Letterman (formerly Tammy S. Martin) purcha.ed a 1990 Chevrolet
Beretta, VIN IG1LV14T2LY219484, from the Defendant, Forbes
Chevrolet, Inc., at ita location at 3400 Hartzdale Drive, Camp
Hill, Cumberland County, penn.ylvania, 17011.
8. At all times mat,erial hereto, the Defendant, Forb..
Chevrolet, Inc., was actinq on behalf of and/or as an aqent for
General Motor. Corporation.
9. On or about May 2, 1992, the Plaintiff, Tammy S.
Letterman, was operatinq the above-referenced motor vehicle. On
that date, at approximately 10100 P.M., the Plaintiff, ~.mmy B.

to the passive restraint systems installed in certain 1990 model
year automobiles. After reasonable investigation, aM is without

plaintiff's passive res~raint system failed to restrain her,
therefore, this averment is denied.
