On or about June 2, 1992, Plaintiff entered into a contraot with Qlle Randy custer, providinq tor Mr. Cu.ter to purcha.e Plaintitt's mobile home for a price of $12,000.00. Plaintitf and Mr. Cu.ter expeoted that Custer's purcha.e ot the mobile home would be consummated in mid-June 1993. 9. Atter contracting with Plaintitt, Randy Cuater aought to apply to Defendant to oontinue to leaae Lot No. 101 a. a .paoe tor the mobile home he had oontraoted to purchase from Plaintiff. 10. When Cuater appUed to Detendant fQr admi.aion to Shippen.burg Mobil& Eatates as a tenant, Defendant willfully and intentionally intertered with the oontractual relation.hip between Cu.ter and Plaint~tf by arbitrarily refu.inq to oon.ider Cuater a. a tenant, thereby induoing Custer to breach hia contraot with Plaintift, oausinq Plaintiff to lose the sale. 11.
