company, Inc.'s true, sufficient and lawful attorney-in-fact, for
said corporation and in said COJ:poration' s name, to purchase,
barqllin, borrow, mort.l)lIgl3, nblJ.cJIlt.(l, pledge, sell, convey, deed and
sign any and all papors necessary for or consistent with the
purchase, /Iale, mortgaging and pledging of real propeJ:ty located in

This Power of Attorney shall survive and not be affected by
any disability on James N. McCormick or Dr.ian A. MoCoJ:mick's part.

to act on its bohal f and in what she believes to be the
corpoJ:ation's best interest even if James N. McCormick or Brian A.
McCormick are incompetent or in any way disabled. The Attorney-in-
Fact is also specifically authorized to act on the Corporation'S
behalf until he learns of James N. McCormick's or Dr ian A.
McCormick's death, if such event occurs.
