development or to purchase materials for the same, and in consid-
eration of the makinq of said oontraot with Cumberland Partners -
Westport and the further consideration of One ($l.OO) Dollar to
Contractor paid by Owner, it is agreed that no liens shall be
filed aqainst the said land of owner or the land of Ritter by the
Contractor, Oevelcper, or any subcontractor nor by any material-
men nor workmen or any othtir ~eraon for any labor or materials
purchased or extra labor or materials purohased fQr the construc-
tion of said roadway, grading of adjacent land, and installation
of utilities, the right to file such liens being expressly
waived.
