said monthly installments to be applied first to interest at the rate of

to reduction of principal, said monthly installment to be paid on or be-

thereafter on or before the like dar of each succeeding month until

paid, the said principal and interest shall be paid in full by September

IN ADDITION to the the said monthly installments on account of pur-
chase price and interest thereon, the Raid party of the second part
agrees to pay within sixty (60) days of the date of billing the taxes,
municipal assessments, condominium fees and assessments, utility
charges, make all necessary repairs to the premises, and to keep in
force not less than the casualty insuranoe maintained by or for the Con-
dominium Association in tho amount of at least Fifty Thousand and no/lOO
($50,000.00) Dollars per unit of Fire Insurance and extended coverage,
issued by a reliable inn.urance company approved by party of the first
part, with loss payable to the partiee hereto as their interests may
appear, a copy of said policy to bo sent to the party of the first ~art.
THE PARTY of the second part shall have the privilege of paying
without penalty as much more than the required monthly installment of
prinoipal and intorest as dosirod, and nothing contained in this Agree-
mont shall be oonstrued to limit roduction of principal to eaid amount.
Interest shall bo computed on the unpaid principal balanco.
ALL paymonts shall be made to the party of the first part at what-
evor addross is dusignated in writing, and until further at the office
