E. LUCILLE PHILLIPS, who is the wife of Linwood B. Phillips, Jr.,

inchoate, which either of them may have in the above-mentioned
premises by virtue of their respective marriages to Linwood B.

PARTV of the second part shall keep the blleement and first and
second floors of the pr.emises adequately ventilated ao as to prevent
any excessive Ilccumulation of moiature or rlldon gas or formaldehyde
gas which may enter the premises or be discharged by building oom-
ponents, etc., so that a healthful living environment may be main-
tained.

read a copy of the Reatated Deolaration and a oopy of the Condominium
Dylawa and a copy of the Public Offering statement.
IN CONSIDERATION WHEREOF, the Raid party of the second part agrees
to pay to the said party of the first part therefor, the sum of Sixty-
seven Thous~nd Nine Hundred -------------------------------------------

AS follows. Three Thousand Pour Hundred ($3,400.00)-------------------
Dollars upon the execution of thia Agreement of Salo, the receipt where-
ot is heroby acknowledgod by the party of the first part, and the bal-
once of Sixty-four Thousand Five Hundred ------------------------------
-------------($64/500.00)------- Ool.lars in monthly installments of
Six Hundred Porty-four and no/lOO---------------($644.00)-------oollars,
said monthly installments to be applied first to interest at the rate of
'ren and one-half--------- nO-l/2 16' per centum per annum on the unpaid
balanoe of prinoipal, and the remaining portion of each such installment
to reduction of principal, said monthly installment to be paid on or be-
fore the last day of filach month, beginning Septomber 30/ 1966, and
thereafter on or before the like day of each Qucceeding month until
prinoipal and interest have been fully paid, except that if not sooner
paid, the said principal and interest shall be paid in full by August
31/ 1998 , anything herein oontained to the contr.ary notwithstanding.
IN ADDITION to the the said monthly install~ents on account of pur-
ohase price and interest thereon, the said party of the seoond part
agrees to pay within sixty (60) days of the date of billing the taxes,
mUnicipal asseesments, condominium fees and assessments, utility
charges, make all necessary repairs to the premises, and to keep in
force not less than the casualty insurance maintained by or for the Con-
dominium Assooiation in the amount of at least Pifty Thousand and no/lOO
($50,000.00) Oollars per unit of Fire Insurance and extended coverage,
issued by a reliable insuranoe company approved by party of the first
part, with loss payable to the parties hereto as their interests may
appear, a copy of said policy to be sent to the party of the first part.
THB PARTY of the seoond part shall have the privilege of paying
without penalty as much more than the required monthly installment of
prinoipal and interest as desired, and nothing contained in this Agree-
ment shall be construed to limit roduotion of principal to said amount.
Interest shall be computed on the unpaid principal balance.
ALL payments shall be made to tho party of the first part at what-
ever address is designated in writing, and until further at the office
of Robert M. Frey/ 5 South Hanover Street, Carliele, Pennsylvania
17013, with check made payable to "L. B. Phillips, Jr., and Robert M.
Frey" .
IT IS also agreed between the parties hereto, that possession of
the said promises shall be delivered to the said party of the second
part on the 31st day of ^ugust , 19E1A, and that said party of the
second part shall be entitled to receive rents, issues and profits from
said dat~ of delivery of posseseion, subjeot to the conditions herein
set forth.
