been born on rebruary 21, 1978.
2. On Saturday, March 20, 1993, at .pproximately 11110
P.M., Ja.on Smith au.tained per.onal injuriea after being
aaaaulted and battered by Todd Klinger, al.o a minor.
3. At that time and plaoe, Jaaon Smith wa. in the parking
lot of the Trindle Bowling Center, Trindle Road, Hampden Townlhip,
, cumberland County, Pennlylvania, awaiting the urival of hie I
mother, Linda smith, 'etitioner herein.

Jalon smith until Ja.on smith oollap.ed on the ground, whereupon '

against Todd Klinger, In the amount $983,94, IS APPROVED.

approval of a minor's setllement, It Is ordered that:
(1) Selllement of this minor's claim of Jason Smith, born February 21, 1978,
against Todd Klinger, In the amount $983,94, IS APPROVED.
(2) Linda Smith, the mother of the minor Is authorized to execute all
documents necessary to effectuate this settlement.
(3) The following payments In the amount of $615,92 are approved from the
