currently resides at 27 West Coover Street, Mechanicsburg,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania and has since March of 1993,

Defendant is Barbara R, O'Keefe, an adult individual, who
currently resideD at 50 North 67th, Apartment, Harrisburg, Dauphin
County, Pennsylvania and has since September, 1993,

Plaintiff and Defendant have been bona fide residents in the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for at least six months immediately
previous to the filing of this Complaint,
4,
Plaintiff and Defendant were married on September 8, 1991, at
Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.

Ther~ have been no other actions of divorce or for annulment
between the parties.

The marriage is irretrievably broken.
