2. The Defendant, County Line Quarry, Ino., (hereinafter
"Defendant") ie a Pennsylvania corporation, whose mallinq addrells
is Box 99, Wrightsville, Pennsylvania, 17638.
3. On or about May 21, 1992, Defendant entered into a
written aqreement with L.B. Smith for rental of one (1) Terex 3309,
Serial Number 68552, at the rate of $55.00 per hour. A true and
correot copy of the above referenced Lease Agreement is attaohed
hereto, by referenoe inoorporated herein and marked as Exhibit "A".
4. Between AugUst, 1993 and November, 1993, Defendant was
provided invoioes for hourly usage of the equip~ent totallinq 195
hours .
True and oorreot oopies of the invoioes are attaohed
hereto, by referenoe inoorporated herein and marked aa Exhibit "8".
~. The total balanoe due and owinq trom D.fendant to L.B.
Smith tor the above referenoed leue, (marked Exhibit "A") is
