WHEREAS, Richard S. Harrell and Susan C. Harrell of i: ,,~~ Towns~~
Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, arc about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract With
Wolf Builders, Inc. of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, for the erection of a house
upon a lot of land situate as follows:

STIPULATIONS AGAINST LIENS
ALL that certain tract of land situate in the Township of Silver Spring, County of
Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and
described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at an iron pin set on the SO foot wide right-of-way of Nancy
Lane at the southeastern comer of Lot No. 13 as shown on the above-mentioned
Plan; thence along said Lot No. 13, North 02 degrees 15 minutes 14 seconds West
653.67 feet to an iron pin set; thence along Lot No. 1 as shown on the above-
mentioned Plan, North 87 degrees 35 minutes 20 seconds East 212.43 feet to an
iron pin set; thence along land now or fonnerly of Edward Kohr, South 03 degrees
45 minutes 45 seconds West 64.24 feet to an iron pin; thence along land now or
fonnerly of Donald R. Cuvnle.ki, South OC degrees 50 minutes 38 seconds West
466.0 I feet to an iron pin; thence along said Nancy Lane on a line curving to the
left having a radius of 50.00 feet an arc distance of 48.10 feet to an iron pin set;
thence along same on a line curving to the right having a radius of 15.00 feet and
an arc distance of 13.62 feet to an iron pin set; thence along same, South 87
degrees 44 minutes 46 seconds Wes1 137.63 feet to an iron pin set, the Place of
BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 14 on the Final Subdivision Plan of Robert E. and Nancy
C. Diehl, Nancy Lane North recorded in Plan Book 58, Page 73.
NOW, March T' 1994, at the time of and immediately before the execution
of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Richard S, Harrell
and Susan C. Harrell, to the said Wolf Builders, Inc. to commence work on the said building, or
purchase materials for the same in consideration of the mnking of the said contract with Wolf
Builders, Inc, and the further consideration of One Dollar, to Wolf Builders, Inc. paid by Richard
S. Harrell and Susan C. Harrell, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the
contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person
for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purcha:".c'.i for the erection of
said building, the right 10 file such liens being expressly waived.
WITNESS, our hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.

Commonwealth, Richard S. Harrell and Susan C. Harrell of Tow s
County, Pennsylvania, who, being duly sworn according to law, deposes and says that they
viewed the lot of ground situate In Sliver Spring Township, County of Cumberland, Lot No.
14 on the Final Subdivision Plan of Robert E. and Nancy C. Diehl owned by (or about to be
conveyed to) them on the ~ day of March, 1994, and that there was at that time no
evidence of the commencement of any work of construction on said lot of ground, either by
excavation, delivery of materials, or otherwise.
