ON DEMAND, We promise to pay to the order of Raymond E. and
Genevieve A. Diehl the sum of Thirty-five Thousand and 00/100
($35,000.00) Dollars on or before August 31, 1994 or upon the
sale of our property located at 110 East Springville Road,
Boiling springs, Pennsylvania, which ever occurs first. If said
payment is not made on or before August 31, 1994 the entire
principal balance shall be subject to interest at the rate of
Seven and one-half (7.5t) percent. The obligation can be paid in
full with out penalty at any time by tendering the unpaid
principal balance to Raymond and Genevieve Diehl. All payments
on this Note sh 1 be made to Raymond and Gene ieve Diehl

And to secure the payment of said amount, we do hereby
authorize, irrevocably, any attorney of any Court of Record to
appear for us in such Court, in term time or vacation, at any
time hereafter, and confess judgment, without process, in favor
of the holder of this Note, for such amount as may appear to be
unpaid thereon, whether due or not together with costs, and to
waiv~and release all errors which may intervene in such
proce~in4S::and to consent to immediate execution upon such
judgment; 'with 15t attorneys fees charged; hereby ratifying and
confi~inq all that our said Attorney may do by virtue hereof.
