For value received, the undersigned, Daryll Hoon,
("Obligor") promises to pay on demand to Mahmood Shahangian and
Marzieh Shahangian, his wife, ("Obligee"), the sum of Five
Thousand ($5,000.00) Dollars, with interest at the rate of eight
percent (8%) ~ annum. Said rate of interest ehall continue to
be the applicable rate of interest after default and/or after
judgment, until the amount due under the Judgment Note is paid in
full or until any judgment entered thereon has been satisfied.
OBLIGOR DOES HEREBY IRREVOCABLY AUTHORIZE AND EHPOWER THE
PROTHONOTARY OR CLERK OR ANY ATTORNEY OF ANY COURT OF RECORD OF
PENNSYLVANIA OR ELSEWHERE, TO IMMEDIATELY OR HEREAFTER APPEAR FOR
HIM WITH OR WITHOUT DEFAULT AND WITH OR WITHOUT DEMAND HEREUNDER
AND CONFESS JUDGMENT AGAINST OBLIGOR FOR THE UNPAID BALANCE OF
PRINCIPAL HEREOF AND ANY AND ALL OTHER SUMS DUE HEREUNDER PLUS
INTEREST AND COSTS, WITH OR WITHOUT DECLARATION FILED, AND WITH
RELEASE OF ERRORS, WITHOUT STAY OF EXECUTION, AND WITH TEN
PERCENT (10%) ADDED FOR COLLECTION FEES. THE UNDERSIGNED ALSO
AGREES TO CONDEMNATION OF PROPERTY LEVIED UPON BY VIRTUE OR ANY
EXECUTION ISSUED UNDER ANY SUCH CONFESSED JUDGMENT AND WAIVES ALL
EXEMPTION FOR LEVY AND SALE OF ANY PROPERTY THAT NOW IS OR
HEREAFTER MAY BE EXEHPTED BY LAW.

If any of the foregoing provisions of this paragraph are
held to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity or
enforceability of no other provision of this Judgment Note shall
be affected thereby. This Judgment Note shall bind the Obligor,
his heirs, representatives and assigns and the benefit hereto
shall inure to Obligees, their heirs, representatives and
assigns.
