Pennsylvania, as set forth In the deed dated 10/26/93, recorded at Deed Book P-36, Page 734. In the
Recorder's Office for CUMBERLAND County, Pennsylvania, as more specifically described In Exhibit
. A. which Is Incorporated herein and attached hereto,
NOW, MARCH 24, 1994, at the time of and immediately before the executlOD of the principal
CODtract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said CoDtractor to commence
work OD the said building, or purchase materials for the same In conslderatloD of the malting of the said
CODtract with CoDtractor and the further conslderatloD of One Dollar ($l.IlO), to CoDtractor paid by
Owner, It Is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the CoDtractor, or any subcoDtractor,
nor by any of the materialmen or worlanen or any other persoD for any labor, or materials purchased,
or extra labor or materials purchased for the erectloD of said building, the right to file such liens being
expressly waived,
