and Refuse Services against the real estate hereinafter described and sets for its claim as follows:

The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Borough of Shippensburg,
a municipal corporation of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, localed in the Counties of
Cumberland and Franklin and organized pursuant to ordinances of the Borough of Shippensburg.

against which this claim is filed is JAMES HUMER, JR,

A description of the property known and numbered as 26 East Burd Street, Shippensburg,
Pennsylvania, against which it is filed is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A",

WITNESSETH, that in consideration of the sum of One'
Dollar ($1.00), in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, the said Grantors do hereby grant and convey
to the said Grantee, his heirs, successors and assigns:
ALL that certain lot of ground, together with
improvements thoreon erected, lying and being situate on the
South side of East Burd street, in the Borough of
Shippensburg, Cumberland county, Pennsylvania, bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the South side of East Burd
Street on line of property of the BeisUe Company; thence
Eastwardly 38 feet to a point on line of land formerly of R,
Bruce clippinger, now David Shoemaker and Lynne Shoemaker,
his wife; thonce southwardly by the latter, 65 feet; thence
Westwardly by said property of Beistle company, 38 feet I
thence Northwardly by the said Beistle Company; 65 feet to a
point, the Place of BEGINNING.
BEING the premises known and numbered as 26 East Burd
Street, shippensburg, pennsylvania 17257.
Hl\VING thereon erected a 3-unit apartment dwelling
house.

BEING the same premises which Alice Fay Davidson,
widow, by her deed dated April 25, 1985, in Deed Book F,
Vol, 31, Page 487, and recorded in the Cumberland County
Recorder of Deeds Office on April 26, 1985, granted and
conveyed unto James n. Humer, Jr. and Marcie R. Humer,
former husband and wife, grantors herein, James R. Humer,
Jr, and Marcia R. Humer were divorced on July 17, 1991.
THIS is a transfer between a former husband and wife
and is therefore exempt from realty transfer tax,
