Defendant Free Range Farms, Inc. is a corporation whose only known address is 70 Konhaus Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055. It is believed and therefore averred that Free Range Farms, Inc. is a Pennsylvania corporation, It is also believed and therefore averred that George Oppenheimer is an officer or agent of said corporation. 7. On or about February, 1993, Plaintiff was contacted by Defendant George Oppenheimer requesting Plaintiff to perform professional services for Defendant George Oppenheimer. 8. On or about February, 1993, Plaintiff and Defendant George Oppenheimer entered into an oral agreement whereby Plaintiff would be paid by Defendant, George Oppenheimer, for performing engineering and design work on a waste water treatment system for said Defendant. 9. From February 1993 through September 1993, Plaintiff performed the above-mentioned professional services for Defendant George Oppenheimer. 10, From February, 1993 through September, 1993 Defendant George Oppenheimer's business interests related to Plaintiff were a\k\a Wellington Farms Inc" a\k\a Phoenix Poultry Corp., and a\k\a Free Range Farms, Inc, t.
