The Plaintiff is in need of alimony pendente lite to maintain herself during the course of this action and to pennanent alimony thereafter if she is to maintain her present lifestyle. -- 19. The term "Participant" means Defendant, David B. Schaumann, whose address is 3221 Brookside Avenue, Dover, Pennsylvania 17315, and who is a participant under the Blakey, Yost, Bupp and Schaumann Retirement Plan. His Social Security Number is 208-38-1858. 2. The term "Alternate Payee" means Plaintiff, Herri Lou Schaumann, whose address is 249 West Pomfret Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013. The term "Plan" means the Blakey, Yost, Bupp and Schaumann Retirement Plan. 5. That portion of the aforementioned Plan that is allocated to Plaintiff is marital property of Plaintiff and Defendant. The Alternate Payee shall be entitled to receive from the Plan one-half (1/2) of the value of same, including all earnings, as of December 31, 1994. The Alternate Payee shall not be entitled to any contributions credited but not actually received as of December 31, 1994. The remaining interest in the Plan, including any contributions credited but not actually received until after December 31, 1994, shall be confirmed absolutely with the Participant. 6. As soon as practicable, the Plan Administrator will sever the parties' respective interests in the Plan into two separate accounts being one for each party. 7.
