. UEGINNING at a point on the western legal right-of-way line of North Pin Oak
Drive at the dividing line between Lots Nos. 71 and 70 as shown on the hereinaner mentioned
plan of lots; thence along said dividing line between Lots Nos. 71 and 70, South 83 degrees 43
minutes IS seconds West, a distance of 149.7S feet to a point at corner common to Lots Nos. 71,
70 and 103 as shown on said plan of lots; thence along thc line dividing Lot No. 71 from Lots
