LEGAL DESCRIPTION
ALL TIlAT CERTAIN tract of land situat:e in Hampden Township,
Cumberland county, Pennsylvania, being Lot: No. 53 as shown on
the Plan entitled Phase IV, Final Subdivision Plan of Kingswood,
dated June 1988, recorded in Cumberland county Plan Book 56,
Page 89, as revised by a Plan dat:ed February 1989 and recorded
in Cumberland County Plan Book 57, Page 82, more particularly
bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point: on t:he Sout:herly sideline of pamay Drive,
a fifty foot (50') public rlght:-of-way, at: t:he dividing line between
Lot No. 52 and Lot No. 53 as shown on the aforesaid plan, thence
by Lot No. 52, Sout:h twenty-eight: degrees fort:y-three minutes
twenty one seconds West (S 28 degrees 43' 21" W), a distance
of one hundred forty-nine and twenty-t:hree one hundredths feet
(149.23') to a point:; thence by lands now or formerly of pamay
Development Co., Inc., South sixty-seven degrees fifty-six minutes
twenty-six seconds East (S 67 degrees 56' 26" E), a distance
of eighty-two and forty-seven one hundredt:hs feet (82.47') to
a point; thence by the same North thirty-nine degrees zero minut:es
thirty-seven seconds East (N 39 degrees 00' 37" E), a distance

(129.97') to a point on the Southerly sideline of pamay Drive;
thence by pamay Drive by the arc of a curve to the left having a
