PHELAN, (OBLIGEES), their successors, and assigns, the principal sum of One Hundred Seventy Thousand and no/100 (~~~O) Dollars, with interest computed at the rate of ten (10%) per cent per annum on the unpaid principal balance, amortized over a term of fifteen (15) years, to be paid in equal monthly installments of One Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-Six and 83/100 ($1,826.83) Dollars for a period of One Hundred Eighty (180) months. The first monthly payment shall be due on the 1st day of May, 1994. Interest shall begin to accrue on April 1, 1994. All payments thereafter shall be due on the 1st day of each following month until paid in full. Payments which are not received within fifteen (15) days of the due date shall be subject to a late payment penalty charge of five (5%) per cent o~ the amount due. Interest shall be deducted first from each payment and the balance applied to the reduction of principal. Obligor may prepay part or the entire amount at any time without penalty.
