YOST, an adult individual, Attorney- in-Fact for Ida Stoltzfus with an address of 61 Lower Valley Road, Christiana, County of, Lancaster, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania 17509. 3. Defendant is SALEH GBITH, an adult individual with an address of 1408 Bradley Drive, Carlisle, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania 17013. 4. Defendant borrowed $75,000.00 on October l8, 1993 from Plaintiffs. 5. On December 3, 1993 Defendant borrowed an additional $30,000.00 from Plaintiffs. 6. On February 15, 1994 Defendant borrowed $25,000.00 from Plaintiffs. 7. On or about March 12, 1994 Defendant signed a Note or r.#:~-~~';::~~$~<!"":':'':'',,-o;, , Memorandum of agreement setting forth the terms of the three loans. Said Note or Memorandum is attached hereto as Exhibit "A". B. The Note provides that each of the loans will be paid in full upon demand. 9. On March 25, 1994 Plaintiff Ivan R. Yost, as Attorney-in- Fact for Ada and Ida Stoltzfus demanded that Defendant pay each loan in full. Said loans total: 10/18198 $ 75,000,00 12/08198 $ 80,000,00 02115194 S 25,000,00 Total $180,000,00 Said demand and Certificate of Mailing is set forth in Exhibit "B". lO. Said demand was refused and Defendant has continued to refuse to pay the amounts due.
