NOW THEREFORE this agreement wllnesseth that the said ContracTor lor and In consideration of one
dollar to him In hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof Is hereby acknowledged. and the further consldera-
lions mentioned In the agreement aforesaid, and Intending to be legally bound hereby, for himself and his
sub.contractors and materialmen, and 011 portlos acting through or under him, covenants and agrees that no
mechanics' claims or liens shall bo lIIed or maintained by him, thom or any of them against the sold building
and the lot 01 ground appurtonant thoreto, or any 01 them, lor, or on account of any work or materials
furnished by him, them, or any ollhom, undor sold cotrnct or otherwise, tor,toward,ln or about the erection

contractors and materlalmon and othors undor him, heroby oxprosslywalvss and relinquishes the right to
have, lIIe or maintain any mochanlc's lien or claim against the said buildings, or any 01 them. and agrees that
this agreement waiving the right 01 lion shall be an Independent covenant.

Boutcher, husband and wife, by deed dated April 15, 1992 and recorded
in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, in Deed Book Q, Vol. 35, Page 817, granted and conveyed
unto Karen I. Boutcher, mortgagor herein.
