COMPLAINT IN FJECTMENT
1. The Plaintiff, Dolan &. Dolan Associates, is a partnership consisting of John F. Dolan and Robert N.
Dolan with an office for the conduct of its business at 6559 Carlisle Pike, Mechanlcsburg, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania.
2. The Defendant, Andrew C. Peterson and Emily Peterson, his wife, are adult individuals residing at
6S59 Carlisle Pike, Mobile Home Lot No.8, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
3. The premises which is the subject of this Complaint is known as Lot No.8, 6559 Carlisle Pike, Silver
Spring Township, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. The premises is a portion of the land described
In Exhibit. A,. attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
4. The Plaintiff is the owner of the premises and acquired title by virtue of a deed recorded in Cumberland
County Deed Book F, Volume 35, Page 345.
5. The Plaintiff operated a mobile home park and leased the premises to the Defendants on a month-t
month basis.

The Plaintiff notified the Defendants that the Plaintiff was terminating the mobile home park as of April

7. The Defendants have no valid legal right to poaaesslon of the premises.
8. The Plaintiff claims the right to possession of the premises to the exclusion of the Defendants.
9. The Defendants have willfully remained in poaaession of the premises and stili refuse to quit the
premises and stili occupy the same after written notice to vacate thereof was given to them.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands possession of the premises known as Mobile Home Lot No.8, 6SS9 Carlisle
Pike, Silver Spring Township. Mechanlcsburg, Cumberland County. Pennsylvania.
