BEGINNING at a railroad spike in the centerline of Legislative Route
21008 (pine Road) at corner of lands now or formerly of Clark Rhoads; thence
by the centerline of said road, South 86 degrees, 28 minutes, 04 seconds
West, 1,581.48 feet to a railroad spike at corner of lands now or formerly of
Scott Gleim; thence by Gleim, North 01 degrees, 25 mintues 18 seconds East,
453.97 feet to an iron pin; thence by same, North 5 degrees, 24 minutes, 09
seconds West, 170.10 feet to an iron pin; thence continuing by same, North 78
degrees, 51 mi~utes, 31 seconds East, 98.00 feet to an iron pin; thence by
same, North 7 degrees, 13 minutes, 19 seconds West, 145.00 feet to a point on
the south side of right-of-way of Conrail; thence by the South side of said
right-of-way, North 87 degrees, 03 minutes, 51 seconds East, 1,171,62 feet to
an iron pin; thence by sane on a curve to the left, having a Chord Bearing of
North 84 degrees, 06 minutes, 02 seconds East, and a radius of 2097.30 feet
to an iron pin at line of land now or formerly of Clark Rhoads; thence by
Rhoads, South 8 degrees, 50 minutes, 50 seconds East, 780.04 feet to a
railroad spike in the centerline of Legislative Route 21008, the place of
BEGINNING.
