Now. THEREFORE. it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the ~~LI~~V~
said Parties as part of said Contract for the consideration set forth that
this is a no-lien contract and'that neither the Contractor nor any:
Subcontractor, nor any person. finn or corporation furniShing material 'or
labor in the construction of said building. alterations. and improvements
shall have any right to file Mechanic's or other lien and Contractor hereby
waives and releases all lien or right of lien for work done or material
furnished under this Contract. If required by the OWner, the Contractor
shall furnish to the OWner a Release of Lien from every person, firm or
corporation under direct contract with the Contractor, doing work or
furnishing material for the construction of said bUilding. and improvements:
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County
Prothonotary within ten (10) days after date in accordance with the
requirements of the Acts of Assembly of Pennsylvania in such cases
provided. .
