KUSIC, ESQUIRE, and respectfully represents the following: 1. Plaintiff, THE BON-TON, INC., is a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with offices at 2081 springwood Road, York, York County, Pennsylvania. 2. ,Defendants, KARTIC C. DASS and CHLANDA DASS are adult married individuals residing at 902 Valley street, Enola, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 3. Defendants entered into a Retail Installment Credit Agreement with Plaintiff. Said account is known and numbered as #050-451-962. 4. From time to time, Plaintiff at Defendants' specific request extended credit to Defendants. 5. Defendants purchased and received goods and merchandise from Plaintiff thereby utilizing the credit account established in their behalf. As evidence whereof, copies of billing statements sent to Defendants by Plaintiff are attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "A". 6. The prices charged for said merchandise were fair and reasonable and were agreed to by the Defendants. 7. Defendants have failed to make satisfactory payments on the credit account and, under and pursuant to the credit Agreement, are now indebted to Plaintiff in the amount of $1,011.03 along with interest at the rate of 18% per annum. As evidence whereof, a copy of the terms of the Credit Agreement are attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked as Exhibit "B". 8. Pursuant to paragaraph #6 of the terms of the Credit Agreement, Defendants are responsible for attorney's fees not to exceed 20% and the costs of this proceeding. See Exhibit "B". 9. Demand has been made upon Defendants for the amount due, but all demands remain unheeded. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays your Honorable Court to enter Judgment in its favor and against Defendants in the amount of $1,011. 03 along with interest at the rate of 18% per annum, reasonable attorney's fees and the costs of this proceeding.
