Construction of a SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING, situated on LOTS 4 &
6 PEPPER AVENUE, EAST PENNSBORO TOWNSHIP, CUMBERLAND COUNTY,
ENOLA, PA 17025

AND WHEREAS, the Contractor has covenanted and agreed therein
to enter into an additional agreement with the Owner stipulating
that no lien or liens of any kind shall be filed against the above
building or the appurtenances thereto.
HOW, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH, that the contractor, for and
in consideration of the awarding to him of the said contract as
for the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) to him in hand paid by the owner,
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, promises and agrees
that no Mechanic's lien or liens shall be filed against the
aforesaid building or the appurtenances thereto by any
subcontractors, materialmen, mechanics, laborers, or anyone for
materials furnished, work done or services rendered of any kind
whatsoever, for or about, or on account of the aforesaid building
or on the credit thereof.

ALL THAT CERTAIN Parcel of land situate in The Township of East
Pennsboro, CUmberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly
bounded and described in accordance with a preliminary and Final
subdivision Plan, dated 3-10-92 and recorded in the cumberland
County Recorder of Deeds Office in Plan Book 64, Page 87, as
follows:
BEGINNING At a point on the western side of Pepper Avenue on line
of lands of Enola Emanuel united Methodist Church; thence North
77 degrees 43 minutes 7 seconds East a distance of 143.07 feet
to a point; thence North 77 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds East
a distance of 284.06 feet to a point at the Northwestern corner
of Lot No.3; thence along Lot No.3 South 7 degrees 40 minutes
53 seconds East a distance of 206.57 feet to a point at the
Southwestern corner of Lot No.3; thence South 82 degrees 19 minutes
7 seconds West a distance of 208.44 feet to a point on line of
lands of Enola Emanuel United Methodist Church; thence continuing
along same North 20 degrees 24 minutes 1 seconds West a distance
of 156.61 feet to a point; thence continuing along same South
77 degrees 43 minutes 7 seconds West a distance of 176.27 feet

BEING THE SAME PREMISES WHICH Richard E. Shambach, By Deed Dated
5-25-93 and Recorded 5-26-93 in Record Book H, Volume 36, Page
607 in The Office of The Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland
county, Pennsylvania, Granted and conveyed unto cynthia L. premici,
single Person, her heirs and assigns.
