BEGINNING at an existing iron pin at the edge of right-
of-way of Pa. Traffic Route 641 (L.R. 21091), which iron
pin is at the corner of land now or formerly of Leroy S.
Kennedy; thence along line of land now or formerly of
Leroy S. Kennedy, North thirty-six (36) degrees nineteen
(19) minutes west, four hundred thirty-five and eighty-
two hundredths (435.82) feet to an iron pin set in line
of land now or formerly of Daniel F. Schungel; thence
along line of land now or formerly of Daniel F. Schungel,
North thirty-five (35) degrees forty-five (45) minutes
forty-nine (49) seconds East, one hundred eighteen and
eighty-six hundredths (118.86) feet to a set iron pin;
thence continuing by same, North twenty-eight (28)
degrees five (05) minutes East, two hundred two and
