STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, Anchor Heritage Associates, LLC, of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, is about
to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with Pyramid Construction Services, Inc. of 4425
Valley Road, Suite 100, Enola, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, for the erection of a two-story office
building upon a lot of land situate in the Borough of Lemoyne, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being
designated as the Heritage Office Building, Walnut Street, Route 11/15. See Exhibit "A".
NOW, ..~ ~/~ ~ ~ ,2002, at the time of and immediately before execution
of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Anchor Heritage Associates,
LLC, to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the
making of the said comraet with Pyramid Construction Services, Inc., and the further consideration of
One Dollar to Pyramid Construction Services, Inc.. paid by Anchor Heritage Associates, LLC, it is
agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any
of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchases, or extra labor
or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
