Preferrod did purchase from the plaintiff, on open account,

building materials in the total sum of $11,651.59.

and promises in accordance with the terms and conditions of sale,
including, but not limited to, the timely delivery of all

6. Plaintiff is entitled to interest at 1 1/2% per month
from November 14, 1993 and attorney's fees of 20%.
7. Despite demand, defendant has failed and refused to
