1. Plaintiff is an adult individual residing at 102 Rosedale,
Hershey, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, with a business address
located at 407 North Front Street, Harrisburg, Dauphin County,
Pennsylvania.
2. Defendants are adult individuals, married to each other and
residing at 434 Chestnut Street, Mount Holly Springs, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania.
3. Attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein
by reference is a true and correct copy of the original instrument
authorizing confession duly executed by the Defendants.
4. The attached instrument has not been assigned.
5. Judgment has not been entered in any jurisdiction on the
attached instrument authorizing confession.

6. Defendants are indebted to plaintiff in the principal sum
of $2500.00, which amount represents the balance due Plaintiff
pursuant to the note signed by the parties April 1, 1994, exclusive
of interest, costs and attorney's collection fee.
7. The sums due Plaintiff from Defendants pursuant to the
attached instrument have not been paid.
8. Consequently, Defendants are indebted to Plaintiff as
follows:

PROMISSORY NOTE
April 1, 1994
Two Thousand Five Hundred ($2500.00) Dollars
upon demand from the obligor, Anthony T. McBeth, for value
received, we jointly and severally promise to pay Two Thousand Five
Hundred ($2500.00) Dollars to Anthony T. McBeth, with interest at
the statutory judgment rate of 6%, without any right of setoff
whatsoever.
And further, we do jointly and severally authorize and empower
any attorney of any court of record of Pennsylvania or elsewhere to
appear for and to enter judgment against us, or any of us, in favor
of Anthony T. McBeth for the above sum with costs of suit, release
of errors, without stay or setting aside of execution, and with 15\
of the sum of principal and interest then owing added as a
reasonable attorney's fee, and we waive and release all benefit and
relief rom any and all appraisement, stay or exemption laws of ~ny
state now in force or hereafter to be passed. Judgement may be
confessed even without prior demand for payment and even if the
payors under thia note are not in default.

relelUle from the lien of the above entitled judgment. the foUowing described property. to-wit:
ALL that certain lot of ground with improvement a thereon erected
situate in the Township of Penn, County of Cumberland and state of
Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a stone; thence by lands now or formerly of Schuyler
Goodhart, North two and one-half (2-1/2) degrees West seventeen and
nine tenths (17.9) perches to a pine stump; thence by lands now or
formerly of Mrs. Mabel Galbraith, South eighty-three (83) degrees
fifty (50) minutes East, twenty-one and five tenths (21.5) perches
to a stone in the State Road; thence along said State Road, South
thirty (30) degrees thirty-five (35) minutes East, twenty-two (22)
perches to a stone; thence by land now or formerly of George
Woodrow, North eighty-three (83) degrees fifty (50) minutes west,
thirty-two (32) perches to the place of BEGINNING. CONTAINING two
(02) acres and one hundred fifty-two (152~ perches.
IT BEING part of the same tract of land which Joseph C. Martin and
Olive R. Martin, his wife, by their deed dated April 18, 1942, and
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book Vol. 12-N, at page 385, granted
and conveyed unto Joseph C. Martin and Olive R. Martin, his wife.
ALSO being the same preoperty conveyed or about to be conveyed to John M.
Hurley and Lydia K, Egge.
HAVING thereon erected a dwelling known and numbered as 1096 Centervi1le Road,
Newville, PA 17241,
