LEGAL DESCRIPTION
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situated in Hampden Township,
cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being Lot No, 34, as shown on
Kingswood, Final Subdivision Plan of Phase VA, dated February
9, 1993, by Penn Terra Engineering, Inc., state College,
Pennsylvania, and recorded in Cumberland County Plan Book 65,
Page 144, being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin lying in a southerly right-of-way
of Kings Circle (50-foot right-of-way) and being a westerly corner
of Lot No. 351 thence along Lot No. 35, South 13 degrees 13 minutes
43 seconds East, 108.53 feet to an iron pin, being a southerly
corner of Lot No. 35 and lying in a northerly line of Future
Phase VCI thence along said lands, South 88 degrees 52 minutes
45 seconds West, 142.60 feet to an iron pin lying in said line
and being an easterly corner of Lot No. 331 thence along Lot No,
33, North 14 degrees 38 minutes 42 seconds East, 113.22 feet to
an iron pin, being an easterly corner of Lot No. 33 and lying
in a southerly right-of-way of Kings circle: thence along said
right-of-way along a curve to the left, having a chord bearing
of South 89 degrees 17 minutes 30 seconds East, a chord distance
of 89.12 feet, a radius of 185.00 feet, an arc distance of 90,00
feet to an iron pin, being the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 0.28 acre or 12,138 square feet and being known
and n~ered as 1212 Kings Circle.

dated November 9, 1988, and recorded November 10, 1988, in
Cumberland County Miscellaneous Book 356, Page 1095, as adopted
by Amendment dated March 24, 1993, and recorded April 7, 1993, in
Cumberland County Miscellaneous Book 441, Page 354.
BEING the same premises as pamay Development Co., Inc., a
Pennsylvania Corporation, by its deed dated March 30, 1994 and
recorded AprilS, 1994 in the Recorder of Deeds Office in and
for cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Record Book 103, Page
550, granted and conveyed unto James L.D. Monroe and Diane F.
