EXHIBIT A
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece, parcel or lot of land situate in Hampden
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point which is located on the Northern right of way line
of Eagles Ridge Lane (50.00 feet wide), said point being located at the
Southwestern corner of Lot No, 12; then along said Eagles Ridge Lane on
the arc of a circle curving to the left having a radius of 250.00 feet,
an arc length of 69,26 feet, to a concrete monument; then on the arc of
a circle curving to the right having a radius of 25.00 feet, an arc
length of 37.69 feet, to a point on the Eastern right of way line of
Wynnwood Court (50.00 feet wide); thence along Wynnwood Court North 01
de~ree, 45 minutes 15 seconds East, for a distance of 67.27 feet, to a
po~nt on the arc of a circle curving to the right, having a radius of
25.00, an.arc length of 21.03 feet, to a point on the arc of a circle
curving to-the left, having a radius of 50.00 feet, an arc length of
23.26 fee~, to a point at the Southwestern corner of Lot No. 14; thence
along Lot No. 14 South 66 degrees 42 minutes 20 seconds East, for a
distance of 113.57 feet, to a point at the Northwestern corner of Lot
No. 12; thence along Lot No. 12 South 21 degrees 15 minutes 11 seconds
West, for a distance of 108.11 feet, to a point and the place of
BEGINNING.
THIS PIECE, PARCEL OR LOT of land consists of approximately 12,831.57
square feet of land, and is known and numbered as Lot No. 13 on the
Final Subdivision Plan for Westbury - Phase I, which is recorded in
Cumberland County in Plan Book 66, page 32.
BEING the same premises which The McNaughton Company, a corporation organized and
existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by deed dated
1994 and intended to be recorded immediately prior hereto, granted and conveyed unto
Brian Belicic and Barbara J. Belicic, husband and wife, MORTGAGORS HEREIN.
