3. Defendants executed a business credit application in which they personally
guaranteed payment or the account or Biltmore Custom Homes in order to purchase
materials from plalntirr. A copy of the credit application la attached hereto as ExhIbit

4. The Instrument attached hereto marked Exhibit A allows for the contesslon
of Judgment against the defendant In the event of default In payment of the account
by BUtmore Custom Homes.
5. BUtmore Custom Homes purchased materials from p1alntltt In the total
amount of $ 1,887.67 on open account for which plalntlff has not been pald. Plll'lIuant
to the credit nppllcatlon, plaintiff Is entltled to Interest In the amount of. 103.18 from
09/27(93 thru 03/22194. and accruing at an amount of $ 0.93 per day thereafter;
attorne~"s fees of $ 377.61; and all costs of suit Incurred.
6. The defendant has not pald the amount due. despite demand for payment.
Therefore, an event of default exists and plaintiff Is entitled to confession of
Judgment.
7. Judgment has not been entered on the Instrument In any other JurlsdJetlon.
8. An Itemized computation of the account Is attached hereto as ExhIbit B and
Is Incorporated herein by reference.
9. The Instrument Is not more than 20 years old.
10. Plaintiff hereby demands Judgment against defendants James O'Keeteand
William Brockett for the principal amount of $ 1,887.57; Interest In the amount of.
