Davis, Esquire, and Howard Popky and Sheila Popky (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Popky") who stipulate and agree as follows: 1. On or about May 4, 1994, Dickinson tiled a Complaint against Popky demanding judgment against Popky In the amount of Six Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-Seven Dollars and Ninety-Five Cents ($6,687.95), plus Interest, costs of suit, and attorneys' fees. 2. The parties agree to the entry of judgment in this action in the amount of Six Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-Seven Dollars and Ninety-Five Cents ($6,687.95), plus Interest from October 15, 1994, at the rate of six percent (6%) per annum. 3. Commencing October 15, 1995, Popky shall make monthly Installments in the amount of One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) on or before the fifteenth of each month. b. Payments shall be made payable to "Dickinson College" and shall be delivered to Dickinson In care of Brett D. Davis, Esquire, 100 Pine Street, P.O. Box 1166, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17108-1166. c. Payments shall be considered made only when received by the person identified In paragraph 4b above and not upon mailing. d. Any payment not received by the person Identified In paragraph 4b above by the fifteenth day of each month shall be considered late. 5. Dickinson will not execute upon the judgment so long as Popky makes payment as specified In paragraph 4 above. Should Popky fall to make payment so that the payment Is considered late for a period of ten (10) days, Dickinson may execute upon the judgment. 6. The judgment will be satisfied upon the receipt of the final payment due under the stipulation as specified in paragraph 4 above. 7. Upon the satisfaction of the judgment, Dickinson will submit documentation regarding the satisfaction of the debt to various credit reporting agencies.
