NOW nus AGREEMENT WITNESSEni: That Conlnletor for and in con.sidcralion of the awarding to him by
Owner of said conlnlet as aforesaid. as well as tile further consideration of one ($ 1.00) dollar to him paid at or
before the cnscaling and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, docs hereby
covenant, promise and agRe that no mechanics' lien or claim or other lien or claim of eny kind whatsoever shall be
filed against the said building or buildings or tile curtilage or curtilages appurtenant tllereto. by Contractor or by any
sulH:ontractor. materialmen or laborers for work done or malerial, fwnished under said contraet for and about said
building or buildings or any part thereof. or on eredil thercof, and that all sulH:onlraclors, materialmen and laborers
on said work shall look to and hold Conlr.:clor personally liable for all sulH:onlracts, materials fwnished and work
and labor done. so that there shall not be any legal or lawful claim of any kind w1Ullever against Owner for eny work
donc or labor or materials fwnished under said conlract for and about the erection. constIUetion and completion of
said buildings ns aforesaid. or under any contracts for extm work. or for work supplemental thereto or otherwise.
AND, in order to give the Owner fidl power and authority to prolcct himself and the lot or lots .f groUlld against any
and all claims filed by the Contractor or anyone acting under or tJuough him or it is in violation of the foregoing
covenant, the said Contractor for himself. themselves, itself hereby irrcvOClibly authorizes and empowers any
Allomey of any Court of Conunon Pleas for tile Conunonwcalth of Pennsylvania, to .ppear for him. them. it, or any of
them, in any of tile said Courts of conunon Picas as Attorney for him. them or it and in his. their. its name. mark
satisfied of record at the cost and expense of tile Conlractor or of any sulH:ontraelor or materialman. any and all claim
or claims. lien or liens. filed by or for the Contractor. or eny sulH:ontraetor or materialnwi. or in his or their name
against said building or buildings lot or lots of ground or any part thereof end for such act or acts this shall be good
and sufficient warrant end authority, end a reference to the Court, Term and Number in which end wbcrc this
Agrcementshall have been filed shall be a sufficient exhibit of the authority herein contained \0 wanant such action,
and the Contractor for himself. thClll5Clvcs. itself. do hereby remise. release end quit-clnim all rights and all manner
of =, defects and imperfections whatsoever in entering such satisfaction or in anywise touching or concerning the
same.
