ON DEMAND, I promise to pay to the order of Frans R. Cotton
the sum of One Hundred Thousand and 00/100 ($100,000.00) Dollars
on or before June 30, 1994. If said payment is not made on or
before J\1I1e 30, 1994 the entire principal balance shall be
subject to interest at the rate of Eight (8%) percent. The
obligation can be paid in full with out penalty at any time by
tendering the unpaid principal balance to Frans R. Cotton. All
payments on this Note shall be made to Frans R. Cotton at 33
Forest Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pa, 17055
And to secure the payment of said amount, we do hereby
authorize, irrevocably, any attorney of any Court of Record to
appear for us in such Court, in term time or vacation, at any
time hereafter, and confess judgment, without process, in favor
of the holder of this Note, for such amount as may appear to be
unpaid thereon, whether due or not together with costs, and to
waive and release all errors which may intervene in such
proceedings and to consent to immediate execution upon such
judgment; with 15% attorneys fees charged; hereby ratifying and
confirming all that our said Attorney may do by irtue hereof.
