The Defendant, H. DALE WEBB, is an adult individual residing at 309 E. Main Street, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055. 3. The Defendant, KAREN WEBB, is an adult individual residing at 309 E. Main Street, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055. 4. The Plaintiff is the record owner of the real property at 309 E. Main Street, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055 (the "Premises"), more particularly described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made part hereof. 5. The Plaintiff acquired title by Sheriff's deed on April 21, 1994, pursuant to a Sheriff's sale duly held in Cumberland County on March 9, 1994. The Sheriff's sale was authorized under the terms of a foreclosure action and judgment entered thereon in the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County at No. 2169 civil 1993. 6. The Sheriff's deed conveying the premises to Plaintiff was acknowledged by R.Thomas Kline, Sheriff of Cumberland County, on April 22, 1994 and was duly recorded in the office for the record- ing of deeds of Cumberland County on April 22,1994, in Deed Book . .".......~.....'_.''"',"'- 7.
