LEGAL DESCRIPTION
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in the
Township of East Pennsboro, County of Cumberland and state of
Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southern line of Randell Drive,
at the Northwest corner of Lot No. 18 on the hereinafter mentioned
Plan of Lots; thence by the dividing line between Lot Nos. 18
and 39 on said Plan, South 40 degrees 30 minutes East, one hundred
twenty-five (125) feet to a point; thence by the dividing line
between Lot N03. 39 and 32 on said Plan, South 49 degrees 30
minutes West, fourteen and twenty-three one-hundredths (14.23)
feet to a point; thence by the dividing line between Lot Nos.
39 and 33, South 42 degrees 28 minutes West, one hundred seven
and seventy-six one-hundredths (107.76) feet to a point; thence
by the Southern line of Lot Nos. 38 and 39, North 40 degrees 30
minutes West, one hundred thirty-eight and two-tenths (138.2)
feet to a point on the Southern line of Randell Drivel thence
