Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as followsl
BEGINNING at a nail in the center of Greason Road, a 33 foot
right of way and at the southern existing legal right of way line
of Clay Road, thence by the center line of Greason Road, South 34
degrees 12 minutes 24 seconds East 168.75 feet to a point in the
center of Greason Road, thence by the center line of Greason Road,
South 37 degrees 14 minutes 0 seconda East 01.69 feet to a nail in
the center of the Greaaon Road, thence by other lands of Joseph
Bowling South 52 degrees 45 minutes 52 seconds West 166.11 feet to
