of fee. are based upon the Act of the Assembly approved Hay
16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented.
5. All aots, conditione, evente and thinse required
to be done under the Ordinance of the Township of Hampden,
R..olution. of the Hampden Township Bewer Authority, and
Act. of the A..embly of the Commonwealth of Penn.ylvania,
have been and were performed in due and lesal form, to
entitle the Hampden Township Bewer Authority to filq a lien
for the payment of the oontribution fee for which this claim
ie filed.
6. The within claim arises for the balanoe due for
Contribution Fee obliBated under the Bewase Connection
Permit No. 2188, dated June 1, 1993. Bee Ellhibit "A"
attaohed hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The
pay.ent of t1,214.00 was paid on February 2B, 1994, leavins
a balance of t5,760.00 due and owins.
