Comes now plaintiff, by counsel, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court by
the summons issued herein and the return endorsed thereon, that defendant, WEUlNGTON
FARMS, INC., was duly served with process, and plaintiff having filed an affidavit of non.
milltal)' service as to the defendant, and more than the requisite number of days having
elapsed since defendant was served with process and defendant comes not, but whony makes
default herein.
Defendant.
This cause is now submitted to tbe Court for findings, and the Court belna duly
advised in the premises, finds:
(1) This Court has personal jurisdiction over the parties by reason of the filloa of the
complaint herein and the service of the summons and complaint on tbe defendant herein.
(2) This Court bas jurisdiction over the subject matter of plaintiffs complaint.
(3) Judgment be entered on all claims asserted in the complaint.
(4) Default judgment be entered for plaintiff and against defendant and plaintiff is
entitled to recover of and from the defendant thc sum of $7,115.06 principal, $684.61
Intercst, and $2,500.00 attorncy's fccs, for a total judgmcnt of $10,299.67, togcthcr with costs.
