COMPLAINT
1. Plaintiff, Style Crest Products, a division of Poly
Foam International, Inc. is an Ohio corporation which maintains a
place of business at P.O. Box 690, 600 Hagerty Drive, Fremont, Ohio
43420.
2. Defendant, Marlene Landis, is an adult individual who
resides at 405 North Second street, Wormleysburg, Pa 17043.
3. Landis Heating and AIC Supply, a Pennsylvania
corporation, purchased goods and merchandise on a regular basis from
Plaintiff.
4. Plaintiff maintained books of account, keeping an
accurate and running account of all debits and credits of the sale of
goods and merchandise to Landis Heating and AIC Supply.
5. On or about April 22, 1994, Plaintiff submitted to
Landis Heating and AIC Supply a written account accurately reflecting
all debits and credits for its transactions with Landis Heating and
AIC Supply. A copy of the aforesaid written account is attached
hereto as Exhibit A.

6. Landis Heating and A/C supply failed to pay for its
transactions as the same became due and payable.
7. As of April 22, 1994, Landis Heating and AIC Supply was
indebted to Plaintiff in the amount of $47,504.02.
8. In consideration of Plaintiff's extension of credit to
Landis Heating and A/C supply, Defendant, Marlene Landis, had entered
into agreements with Plaintiff on June 22, 1987 and March 15, 1994,
in and by which Defendant guaranteed payment of all sums due and
owing by Landis Heating and A/c Supply for such goods sold on credit.
True and correct copies of the guarantees are attached hereto, marked
Exhibit Band C and incorporated herein.
9. In reliance on said guarantees, Plaintiff sold and
delivered to Landis Heating and A/C Supply the aforesaid goods on
credit, as to all of which Defendant had notice.
10. Plaintiff has performed all conditions of the
principal obligation and guarantees.
11. Pursuant to the aforesaid guarantees, Defendant is
personally liable to Plaintiff for the outstanding indebtedness of
Landis Heating and A/C Supply, in the amount of $47,504.02.

WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment against Defendant in
the amount of $47,504.02, together with interest thereon from April
22, 1994, and costs of suit.
