WHEREAS. Kuhns-Harnish Ford, Inc. of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania is about to enter into a contract with R, S, Mowery & Sons, Inc, of Carlisle,
Pennsylvania, for the renovation and expansion of a car dealership upon a lot of land situate
at 6320 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
NOW,
May 4, 1994
, at the time of and immediately before the execution of
the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Kuhns-Harnish
Ford, Inc" to the said R. S, Mowery & Sons, Inc, to commence work on the said building,
or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with
R, S, Mower\L & Sons, Inc. and the further consideration of One Dollar to R. S, Mowery &
Sons, Inc. paid by Kuhns-Harnish Ford, Inc" it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
building or property by the contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the material men
or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra iabor or
materials purchased for the construction of said building, the right to file such liens being
expressly waived,
