The name of the plaintiff is Robert Lee Rhodes and the name of the defendant is Mildred Mae Rhodes, 2. The plaintiff is Robert Lee Rhodes, an adult individual residing at 141 Amy Drive, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17013. 3.
