Plaintiff, Jay R, Braderman, is an adult individual doing business as as an lattorney-at-Iaw under the name of Jay R. Braderman with a business address of 128 ILocust Street, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. I I !South, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. i 3. From July, 1991, through April, 1992, Defendant employed Plaintiff as her i iattorney for various legal assistance and agreed to pay Plaintiff at the rate of S95.00 [per hour for said services. 1 4. 2. Defendant, Beth Warchola, is an adult individual who resides at 90 Regency Plaintiff provided Defendant with regular statements of the work performed on , I ibehalf of Defendant, said statements including the amount of time spent on each I , 'i particular matter. 5. The number of hours expended for the services provided by Plaintiff to !;Defendant was 6.3 hours at the rate of S95.00 per hour for a total cost of those services of S598.50. 6. In addition, Plaintiff prepared a will with instructions for Defendant for a ,cost of S75,OO. 7, Plaintiff performed all work in this matter in a competent and professional manner. 2 , : 8. Plaintiff has made demand upon Defendant for the foregoing sums, yet the Defendant has failed or refused to pay for those services. 9. Defendant has breached the agreement with Plaintiff by her failure to pay for the services rendered by Plaintiff on behalf of Defendant. 10. Defendant will also be unjustly enriched if she is not required to pay Plaintiff for the services rendered in this matter.
