'- DESCRIPTION AND RECITAL c"':'yl \il)/I:' 1-\' ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or tract of land situated in East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at a point on the western dedicated right of way line of Carol Lane (SO' wide), at the dividing line of Lot 133 and Lot 134, said point also being located 178.88 feet North of the northern extremity of an arc connecting the the western right of way line of Carol Lane (50' wide) and the northern right of way line of Wetherburn Road (SO' wide); thence by Lot 133 North 70 degrees 59 minutes 22 seconds West, a distance of 106.74 feet to a point; thence by line of Lots 131, 30 and 29 North 15 degrees 58 minutes 58 seconds East, 89.93 feet to a point; thence by line of Lot 135 South 76 degrees 57 minutes 00 seconds East, 110.66 feet to a point; thence by thr western right of way line of Carol Lane South 13 degrees 03 minutes 00 seconds West, 7.22 feet to a point; thence by same by a curve to the right having a radius of 125.00 feet and an arc length of 13.01 feet to a point; thence by same South 19 degrees 00 minutes SO seconds West, 81.13 feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING. CONTAINING 10,438 square feet. BEING subject to drainage hereinafter plan of recording. BEING all of Lot 134 as shown on Plan of Logan's Run, Phase I, recorded in Plan Book 63, Page 99. easement as shown on the BEING PART OF THE SAME PREMISES which W. Richard Kreiger and Beverly J.
