ALL that certain tract of land situate in West pennsboro
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as
follows: -;
BEGINNING at an existing iron pin at the edge of right-
of-way of Pa. Traffic Route 641 (L.R. 21091), which iron
pin is at the corner of land now or formerly of Leroy S.
Kennedy: thence along line of land now or formerly of
Leroy S. Kennedy, North thirty-six (36) degrees nineteen
(19) minutes West, four hundred thirty-five and eighty-
two hundredths (435.82) feet to an iron pin set in line
of land now or formerly of Daniel F. Schungel: thence
along line of land now or formerly of Daniel F. Schungel,
North thirty-five (35) degrees forty-five (45) minutes
forty-nine (49) seconds East, one hundred eighteen and
eighty-six hundredths (118.86) feet to a set iron pin:
thence continuing by same, North twenty-eight (28)
degrees five (05) minutes East, two hundred two and
forty-eight hundredths (202.48) feet to a point in the
approximate centerline of public road known and
designated as T-502 (Hill Road): thence along approximate
centerline of Hill Road, South forty-four (44) degrees
twenty-two (22) minutes sixteen (16) seconds East, two
hundred seventeen and fifteen hundredths (217.15) feet to
a point: thence continuing by same, South forty-three
(43) degrees three (03) minutes forty-six (46) seconds
East, three hundred forty-seven and twenty-eight
hundredths (347.28) feet to a point at intersection of
approximate centerline of Hill Road with the edge of the
right-of-way of Pa. Traffic Route 641; thence along edge
of right-Of-way of Pa. Route 641, South fifty-three (53)
degrees forty-one (41) minutes West, three hundred sixty-
six and ninety-one hundredths (366.91) feet to the point
and place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 3.820 acres, total area.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to right-of-way of Hill Road.
ALSO UNDER AND SUBJECT to dedicated right-of-way line along
Hill Road.
Consisting of Lot Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 as shown on
Subdivision Plan entitled "Subdivision Plan for J. Wilbur Wagner",
prepared by Larry Verne Neidlinger, Registered Professional
Engineer, dated July 14, 1978, which plan has been approved by the
appropriate municipal authorities as and for a subdivision plan and
is recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 34, Page 25.

As to Lot No.4, being the same premises conveyed by deed of
J. Wilbur Wagner and Mary E. Wagner unto Donald C. Saylor and Janet
B. saylor, his wite, dated April 30, 1991, and recorded in the
off ice ot the Recorder ot Deeds in and for Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, in Deed Book "V", Volume 35, Page 1046.
As to Lot No.3, being the same premises conveyed unto Donald
C. Saylor and Janet B. Saylor, his wife, by deed of J. Wilbur
Wagner and Mary E. Wagner, his wife, dated December 28, 1988, and
recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book "S", Volume 33, Page
1151.
BEING all of Lot Nos, 1 through 5 on the above referred to
SUbdivision Plan and being the same premises conveyed from Donald
C. Saylor and .Janet B. Saylor, his wife, to Donald C. Saylor and
Janet B. Saylor as Tenants-In-Common, each to an undivided one-half
(~) interest (and not as Tenants By the Entireties nor .Joint
Tenants With Right of Survivorship) by their deed dated the 11th
day of April , 1994, which is intended to be recorded
simultaneously herewith in the office of the Recorder of Deeds in
