into an additional agreement with the Owner stipulating that no lien
or lienl of any kind shall be filed against the aboye building or the
appurtenances thereto.
NOW, THIS AGREEHENT WITNESSET", that the Contractor, for and in con-
lideration of the awarding to him of the said contract as for the sum
of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) to him in hand poid by the Owner, the receipt
of which il hereby acknowledged, promises and egrees th,t no Hechanics'
Liln or liens shall be filed egainst the aforesaid building or the
appurtenancls thereto by any subcontractor, subcontractors, material-
mln, mechanics, laborers or anyone for materials furnished, work done

or services rendered of any kind whotsoever, for or about, or on
account of the aforesaid building or on the credit thereof.
