STIPULATION AGAINST LIBNS

THIS AGREEMENT made the /,..... day of ~""Y' , 1994, by
and between WALTBR r. NIC~BL, III, t/d/a/b/a NICKBL HOKBS, of 913
Armstrong Road, Carl isle, cumberland county , Pennsylvania,
hereinafter referred to as "CONTRACTOR", and ALAN L. UICH and
TRACY R. ROBINSON, of 14 Douglas court, Carlisle, Cumberland
county, Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as "OWNER", whereby
the former undertook and agreed to erect and construct a dwelling
house on that certain tract of ground situate in Dickinson
Township, Cumberland county, Pennsylvania, more particularly being
known as Lot No. 16 on Plan of Mountain View Manor as recorded in
Cumberland county Plan Book 59, Page 9, containing 1. 8224 acres and
more particularly described in Cumberland county Deed Book "W",
Volume 34, Page 479.
NOW, THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
CONTRACTOR, for and in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00)
Dollar to him in hand paid by OWNER, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for himself and his subcontractors, and all
parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that no
mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed or maintained by them or
any of them against the said buildings and the lot of ground
appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or materials
furnished by them or any of them under said contract or otherwise,
for, towards, in, or about the erection and construction of the
said buildings on the lot above described, and the said CONTRACTOR,
